Qualificações

• 15+ years of formal education required.
• 2+ years of technical support or problem-solving experience required.
• C2 level English fluency with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Perform information research, analysis, and validation using web-based maps, official websites, news, and social media.
• Set up, configure, and maintain devices for editing, testing, and documentation following procedures.
• Communicate and update management on task statuses and liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct phone validations to verify business details.
• Maintain high attention to detail while executing repetitive tasks and learning new processes.
