Qualifications

• Proficiency of Dutch at min. B2/C1 level and English at B2+ level.
• Be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer engagement is critical.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Ability to build and maintain customer/vendor relationships.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and ability to work under time constraints.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Review maps data for accuracy against client policies.
• Engage with businesses via outbound calls to verify information.
• Update client platforms with collected data.
• Make well-balanced decisions and flag discrepancies per policies.
