Job summary

DSV Dublin invites applications for a Logistics Coordinator in our Control Tower Team at Dublin- Furry Park. The role supports customers and coordinates air, road, sea, and specialist shipments, ensuring accurate updates and timely deliveries.

You will work with a small team, build strong customer relationships, and drive continuous improvements in service delivery. The ideal candidate has logistics experience, strong IT skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Transport Logistics role is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and deliver high-quality service.
• Coordinate shipments from booking through delivery across air, road, ocean, and specialist movements.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates and reporting.
• Manage issues or delays and find practical solutions to keep shipments moving.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations.
• Build relations with customers and colleagues to create effective partnerships.
