We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring shipments move efficiently from origin to destination. In this position, you'll work closely with customers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and operational colleagues to deliver outstanding service and maintain smooth supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

• Managing team email inboxes and ensuring customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
• Liaising with transport teams to manage delivery queries and arrange booking time slots
• Working closely with warehouse teams to coordinate stock checks and inventory-related activities
• Coordinating inbound shipments with customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate shipment records and database information to ensure full traceability
• Supporting operational teams by providing customer-focused solutions and resolving issues effectively
• Processing and transferring shipment data across transport management systems
• Booking shipments and coordinating requirements directly with customers
• Communicating with customers, operational teams, and partners to resolve queries and provide updates
• Monitoring shipments throughout their lifecycle to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions confidently
• The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across different departments
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
