Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Dublin seeks a Catering Assistant to join our friendly team on a Monday to Friday schedule. You will assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner service, help set up dining rooms and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met throughout each shift.

The role requires previous catering experience and a strong customer-service focus, with the ability to work well in a team and maintain high personal presentation and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a catering environment.
• Customer service experience in a catering establishment.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients during breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
• Help setting up the dining room for service.
• Prepare food following hygiene and safety practices.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and maintained to required standards.
• Clear and store away food, beverages and equipment after events.
• Restock stocks and consumables during service periods.
