Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Catering Assistant for our Dublin contracts within a large school environment. You will support breakfast, lunch and dinner services, help set up dining rooms and ensure food is prepared and presented to hygiene standards.
You will work with a friendly team, interact with staff and pupils, and follow health and safety procedures. Prior catering experience and good English communication are preferred; a food hygiene certificate is advantageous.
One of the largest private secondary schools in Ireland, teaching 4th, 5th and 6th year pupils full time with Year 1 - 6 on weekly grinds. We offer a Subsidised High Street Café style operation that is external to the school grounds. The school hosts about 1500 students of which we would expect around the 300 per day take up of the retail offering.
