Qualifications

• Experience in a catering environment is required.
• Experience serving customers in a catering establishment is desirable.
• Food hygiene certificate is preferred.
• Strong personal presentation and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients during breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
• Help setting up the dining room for service.
• Prepare food for service following hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep the kitchen and service areas clean and tidy as directed.
• Restock stocks and consumables during service periods.
• Operate cleaning and dishwashing equipment and store items properly.
• Complete all cleaning/hygiene duties.
• Interact and acknowledge customers and client staff.
