Job summary

PERI is seeking an Account Manager to grow revenue in a Dublin-based territory with Ireland-wide travel. The role emphasizes transactional sales of DUO formwork and construction accessories while expanding PERI's rental business with medium-sized contractors.

You will develop commercial offers, work with engineering teams, and manage the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, project management, or construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new technology quickly.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing revenue from existing customers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand project requirements and promote PERI solutions.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Prepare and present commercial offers and technical solutions with engineering and support teams.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy with a consultative approach and market monitoring.
• Drive growth in DUO formwork, construction accessories, and high-volume product opportunities.
