Job summary

Elite Talent Hub is seeking an External Sales Representative for the Dublin area. You will grow the customer base by promoting products, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction sales, solid knowledge of building materials, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• A proven background in sales within the construction industry with at least 3 to 5 years experience.
• Solid understanding of building materials and timber products.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Competent in using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the company’s product range to existing and potential customers in the Dublin area.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with long-term partnerships and high satisfaction.
• Source and follow up on new business leads, including cold calling and referrals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain records of client interactions, noting market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
