Job summary

BMS Performance Ireland is seeking a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to develop relationships with contractors and grow sales across the Greater Dublin Area. This field-based role focuses on selling and hiring specialist formwork and falsework systems used in concrete construction.

You will balance new business development with account management, targeting mid-sized residential and commercial projects, and will build a strong sales pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to

Qualifications

Two years' field sales experience.
Experience selling to contractors is advantageous.
Strong business development and account management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across the Greater Dublin Area.
Manage and grow relationships with existing contractor accounts.
Identify upcoming residential and commercial construction projects.
Promote specialist formwork and falsework solutions.
Build relationships with contracts managers, procurement teams and site managers.
Identify opportunities to increase sales through mid-sized construction projects.
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to securing business.
Work closely with internal teams to develop suitable customer solutions.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed commercial targets.
