Job summary

Johnson & Perrott Fleet in Tallaght, Dublin 24, Ireland, is seeking a Driver Support Coordinator to deliver exceptional driver support and manage a high-quality service, maintenance and repair programme. Reporting to the Driver Services Team Leader, you will coordinate logistics around NCT and CVRT tests and keep downtime to a minimum.

You will efficiently handle telephone enquiries, authorise repairs, issue order numbers, and liaise with manufacturers to resolve issues while maintaining cost

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor at a dealership or vehicle manufacturer.
• Experience working in a corporate office environment and dealing with customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and garage systems.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy.
• Pragmatic decision-maker with good technical knowledge.
• Comfortable negotiating with repair service agents and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Strong telephone communication with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process high volumes of telephone enquiries.
• Daily authorisation of repairs.
• Issuing order numbers and agreeing service.
• Agreeing maintenance and repair costs within guidelines to minimise costs.
• Organising logistics around NCT & CVRT test requirements.
• Minimise vehicle downtime and keep operating costs within budgets.
• Communicate with vehicle manufacturers and liaise with their reps on aftersales policy.
• Address complaints promptly following policy and guidelines.
• Maintain daily database updates and processing of maintenance invoices.
• Help the team meet both collective and individual targets.
