Codex in Ireland seeks a proactive Dispatch Driver/Merchandiser to manage daily deliveries and merchandising within your area, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires 2 years' experience in a fast-paced dispatch team, strong IT skills, and excellent communication. You will work with the Dispatch Team Lead to optimise routes and stock checks, with occasional travel to Dublin Head Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a fast-paced dispatch team, ideally as a driver or driver merchandiser.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency with standard office apps.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute efficient route planning and van utilisation.
• Deliver and merchandise products daily, keeping areas clean and labeled.
• Maintain stock levels, raise replenishment orders, and check deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Codex values.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch Team Lead to improve delivery performance.
