Job summary

Connexus Recruit is seeking a Field Merchandiser to cover Ireland. This hands-on, field-based role involves stocking, presenting and merchandising products in-store, visiting retail locations and ensuring displays meet high standards.

You will travel across Ireland with occasional overnight stays, manage your diary, and build strong relationships with store teams while providing product knowledge and gathering market insights for planning.

Qualifications

Connexus is supporting an established consumer products and distribution business with the position of a Field Merchandiser to join its growing team.

This is a hands-on, field-based role covering retail locations across Ireland. You'll be responsible for ensuring products are stocked, positioned and presented effectively in-store, working across a varied customer base within the retail space.

The role requires travel across Ireland and will occasionally involve overnight stays.

The Role

• Visit customer locations across Ireland to merchandise and maintain product ranges
• Implement planograms and ensure products are displayed to a consistently high standard
• Monitor stock and inventory levels and identify where replenishment is required
• Set up and maintain promotional displays and in-store activity
• Review product performance, including bestselling and slower-moving ranges
• Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
• Provide product knowledge, guidance and support to customers
• Gather insights on competitor activity, customer feedback and emerging retail trends
• Feed information from stores back to internal teams to support future planning
• Manage your own diary and customer visits across your territory
