Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a seasoned investment property professional to advise private clients, institutions and funds on acquisitions and sales across all sectors from our Dublin 2 base. You will manage investment sales, build client relationships and help grow the business.

Key responsibilities include leading PRS transactions, negotiating fees, and collaborating with debt and equity teams to support acquisitions and cross-sell services.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' property experience, preferably in investment or capital markets.
• Experience in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) is an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying and selling commercial investment properties.
• Provide strategic advice on commercial property investments.
• Lead fee negotiations, invoicing, and payments for own deals.
• Lead PRS transactions from strategy to completion.
• Generate new business through networking and client relationships.
• Cross-refer clients across service lines for a joined-up service.
• Help prepare pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
• Work with debt and equity teams to support acquisitions.
• Represent the company in investment and capital markets.

Background

This is an opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary property firm, advising private clients, institutions, family offices, developers and international funds on property sales and acquisitions across all property types.

The successful candidate will manage investment sales and acquisitions, build client relationships and help develop new business. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the team's growth and future direction.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying and selling commercial investment properties across office, industrial, retail, PRS, mixed-use and other sectors.
• Provide strategic advice on commercial property investments.
• Manage fee negotiations, invoicing and payment collection for own deals.
• Lead PRS transactions from initial strategy through to completion, managing clients and the overall process.
• Generate new business through networking and client relationships while maintaining existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities to cross-refer clients across different service lines and work with other teams to deliver a joined-up service.
• Help prepare marketing plans, pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
• Work with the internal debt and equity team to support clients throughout the acquisition process.
• Represent the company in the market and help strengthen its profile in the investment and capital markets sector.
• At least five years' relevant property experience, ideally in investment or capital markets, though other property backgrounds will be considered.
• Experience in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) is an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
