Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a seasoned investment property professional to advise private clients, institutions and funds on acquisitions and sales across all sectors from our Dublin 2 base. You will manage investment sales, build client relationships and help grow the business.

Key responsibilities include leading PRS transactions, negotiating fees, and collaborating with debt and equity teams to support acquisitions and cross-sell services.

Qualifications

Minimum five years' property experience, preferably in investment or capital markets.
Experience in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) is an advantage.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on buying and selling commercial investment properties.
Provide strategic advice on commercial property investments.
Lead fee negotiations, invoicing, and payments for own deals.
Lead PRS transactions from strategy to completion.
Generate new business through networking and client relationships.
Cross-refer clients across service lines for a joined-up service.
Help prepare pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
Work with debt and equity teams to support acquisitions.
Represent the company in investment and capital markets.
