Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (3+ PQE) for a Dublin-based, top-tier firm. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to high-value CRE matters across a broad client base.

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on end-to-end transactions, landlord/tenant advisory, and cross-practice support within a reputed property team. A competitive package includes a 10% new business commission and comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with experienced partners and senior team members, you will manage a varied, high-value transactional portfolio:

• End-to-End CRE Transactions: Drive major commercial acquisitions and disposals across all asset classes from inception to completion.
• Landlord & Tenant Advisory: Advise high-profile institutional landlords and major corporate tenants on strategic leasing, asset management, and general real estate matters.
• Cross-Practice Support: Act as key CRE counsel on major corporate M&A transactions and advise the Development Finance & Banking teams on property security and banking documentation.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain direct, long-term relationships with key commercial clients.

What They Are Looking For

• 3+ Years’ PQE with hands‑on experience across all stages of commercial real estate transactions within a recognized commercial firm.
• Technical & Commercial Acumen: Excellent drafting skills, a solid understanding of property finance/security requirements, and a practical, commercially focused approach to problem‑solving.
• Communication & Style: A calm, measured approach under pressure, strong organizational skills, and the ability to articulate complex legal points clearly and constructively.
