STRIVE Search is seeking a Property Inspector to join a Dublin-based portfolio support team. The role involves regular in-person inspections of residential properties and close collaboration with the Property Management team to maintain high standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a property or real estate admin role, a full driving licence, and access to a car. The position combines fieldwork with a light office presence, with salary and benefits reflecting the seniority.

• Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative role within the property or real estate sector in Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inspection schedules with Property Managers and tenants.
• Carry out regular in-person inspections across the residential portfolio.
• Ensure properties are maintained to the required standards, including fire safety requirements.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, property damage and potential breaches of tenancy agreements.
• Take photographs and maintain accurate records of property conditions.
• Prepare clear inspection reports and provide updates to Property Managers.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure any issues identified are followed up and resolved.
• Update internal systems and ensure all inspection records are maintained accurately.

Background

An excellent opportunity to join an established property company as a Property Inspector, supporting the management of a large residential portfolio. This role would suit someone with previous property administration experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain more exposure to the operational side of property management.

You will be responsible for carrying out regular inspections of residential properties, identifying any maintenance or compliance issues and ensuring properties are being maintained to the required standards. Working closely with the Property Management team, you will play an important role in protecting the quality of the portfolio and ensuring any issues identified are followed up.
