Job summary

Lex Consultancy, partnering with a leading real estate organisation in Dublin 2, invites applications for Divisional Director - Investment. This senior role offers autonomy, high client exposure, and a key leadership position within a growing investment team.

You will originate and execute transactions across office, industrial, retail, PRS and mixed-use assets, advising on acquisitions and disposals while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' relevant property experience.
• A proven track record of originating and executing property transactions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability.
• PRS experience would be highly desirable.
• A PSRA licence, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ideally Chartered Surveyor status with SCSI/RICS.
• A full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on acquisition and disposal of commercial investment assets.
• Lead and execute transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Provide strategic investment advice across the commercial real estate market.
• Originate new business through networking and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Take ownership of PRS transactions, where applicable.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with wider transactional and advisory teams to deliver a comprehensive client service.
• Represent the organisation within the investment and capital markets community.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
• Contribute to growth and strategic development of the investment division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded property professional looking to take the next step in their career and play a key leadership role within a highly respected and growing investment team.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including private investors, institutions, family offices, developers and international funds, advising across acquisitions, disposals and investment strategy.

The Opportunity:

What We're Looking For:

We are keen to speak with experienced property professionals who are commercially driven, entrepreneurial and confident operating at a senior level.

Ideally, you will have:

• 5+ years' relevant property experience, ideally within investment or capital markets.
• A proven track record of originating and executing property transactions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability.
• PRS experience would be highly desirable.
• A relevant PSRA licence, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ideally, Chartered Surveyor status with SCSI/RICS.
• A full driving licence.
