Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong hands-on experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, support, and influence colleagues without formal authority.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confident IT user with experience of ERP/CRM systems.
• Flexible and proactive approach to workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operational delivery: perform inbound receipting, picking, packing and dispatch with accuracy and safety.
• Lead and support the team day-to-day, acting as the first point of contact for operators during shifts.
• Coordinate workload and priorities to meet service levels and targets.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and onboarding for new starters.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
