Job summary

Sysco Ireland is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead for our Dublin Distribution Centre on the evening shift. This supervisory role oversees a section of the warehouse, providing leadership to drive accuracy, efficiency and engagement across the team.

The ideal candidate will have FMCG warehouse experience, strong communication skills and a track record of building high-performing teams, while upholding health, safety and food hygiene standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• Experience in FMCG with warehouse procedures.
• Flexible to start/finish times to meet business needs.
• Proven communication and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational and personnel activities in the assigned area of the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate and timely product selection and dispatch.
• Coach and motivate warehouse team; manage KPI performance.
• Collaborate with management and HR on issues as required.
• Maintain health, safety and food hygiene standards.
