Job summary

Sysco Ireland, the country’s largest foodservice provider, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise an evening shift at our Dublin Distribution Centre. You will lead a section of the warehouse, drive performance, and ensure timely intake and dispatch of products.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in FMCG, a strong focus on safety, coaching and KPI management, and excellent communication to motivate a team across departments. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Management or supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG environment with strong warehouse procedures.
• Fully flexible in relation to start/finish times.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are selected accurately, safely and timely.
• Actively manage shift performance within established processes.
• Oversee intake/receipting of products when required.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Coach and guide warehouse team; support HR where needed.
• Motivate team and manage performance KPIs.
