The Rehab Group in Ballinamore, Co Leitrim, is hiring a Care Worker to provide personal care services within a high-support residential setting. The role focuses on dignity, respect, and person-centred support while promoting community-based living and social inclusion.

We welcome applicants with QQI Level 5 in Social Care, the ability to work in a team, and a full clean driving licence. The position offers permanent contracts, both full-time and part-time, with competitive salary and benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of QQI Level 5 in Social Care, or equivalent.
• To be able to work effectively in a team providing person centered support for service users.
• To be able to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of service users at all times.
• Full Clean Drivers Licence

Responsibilities

• Promote and actively get involved in teamwork, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the service user.
• Facilitate and implement a person centered service appropriate to the needs, wishes and requirements of service users.
• Ensure that all interactions with service users are approached with dignity, respect and equality and incorporating choice
