Embrace Living Residential Service in Leinster is looking for a Team Leader to provide high-quality support services focused on the strengths of residents with disabilities. This role involves supporting your team, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring the delivery of a strengths-based approach to care.

The position offers a competitive salary between €36,342 and €39,188 annually, as well as a new joiner bonus and various professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• QQI/Fetac level 5 qualification in healthcare with at least 1 year's experience.
• OR hold a Nursing Degree registered with NMBI.
• Experience in staff supervision is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services recognize each resident’s strengths.
• Support and guide the team to deliver strengths-based approaches.
• Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Person in Charge.
