3Q Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Social Care Leader to head and supervise a team in Disability Services across Co. Roscommon. This permanent, full-time position focuses on person-centred care, community participation and high-quality service delivery.

You’ll work with management and multidisciplinary teams to support individuals’ goals, ensure HIQA compliance and staff development, with a competitive public-sector aligned salary.

Qualifications

• Relevant Social Care qualification and CORU registration or eligibility.
• Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Understanding of person-centred planning, safeguarding and HIQA standards.
• Experience supporting staff and coordinating care services.
• Knowledge of relevant social care legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Full clean manual driving licence and access to your own transport.
• QQI Level 6 Health and Social Care Management qualification, or commitment to obtaining it before commencement, where accepted by the employer.
