Cpl Healthcare is recruiting for a Full Time Team Lead for an Autism and Disabilities centre based in Bansha, Co. Tipperary.

You will manage day-to-day activities in the residential centre and work in close collaboration with the PIC to foster a warm, accepting and secure environment, delivering high-quality therapeutic residential services.

The role offers a competitive salary (€47,000–€50,000), incremental scales, training grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 5 Major Award in the care sector.
• A full driving license is required.
• Experience working with vulnerable young people and families in community or residential settings.

• Oversee day-to-day activities in the residential centre.
• Work in close collaboration with the PIC to maintain a warm, accepting and secure environment.
• Contribute to delivering the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.
