TD Bank Group in Dublin seeks a Director for Third Party and Operational Resilience Risk Management. You will lead second-line risk oversight for Third Party Risk, Outsourcing and Operational Resilience within TDGF, reporting to the TDGF CRO. Drive framework implementation, risk appetite monitoring, and governance across TDGF businesses.

The role emphasizes robust governance, regulatory alignment and ongoing risk assessment, spanning across TDGF and TD Bank Group.

Responsabilidades

• Lead second-line risk management and oversight of Third Party Risk, including Outsourcing, and Operational Resilience within TDGF.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the TDGF Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience Frameworks, aligned with the corresponding TDGB frameworks and applicable local regulatory requirements.
• Support the TDGF CRO in matters relating to Third Party Risk and Operational Resilience, providing subject matter expertise, analysis and advice on material risks and issues.
• Provide independent second-line oversight and effective challenge of the first line's TPOR identification, assessment and management, including Business Continuity Management.
• Support the TDGF CRO in review and challenge of relevant Risk Appetite principles and measures, and oversee monitoring and reporting of performance against approved Risk Appetite.
• Develop and maintain TDGF-specific TPOR policies, standards and procedures to address local requirements.
• Promote consistent and risk-based application of TPOR requirements across TDGF, aligned with TDGF's Risk Appetite and regulatory requirements.
