Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience within asset management, fund management, financial services or investment industry.
• Experience in operational risk management, operational resilience, governance or control functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the Fund Management Company's operational risk framework.
• Review adequacy and effectiveness of operational risk policies, procedures and controls.
• Recommend enhancements to the framework in response to risks and regulatory developments.
• Provide independent challenge and assurance regarding operational risk matters.
• Provide regular board reporting on incidents, trends and risks.
• Oversee risk governance, delegation and service provider oversight.
• Support regulatory submissions and board attestations as required.
