TD Securities in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Director of Third Party Risk and Operational Resilience to provide senior level, second-line oversight across Third Party Risk, Outsourcing and Operational Resilience within TD Global Finance. The role collaborates with Compliance, Technology and front-line risk teams to ensure robust governance and effective challenge.

Responsabilidades

Lead the second-line risk management and oversight of Third Party Risk, including Outsourcing, and Operational Resilience within TDGF, providing dedicated subject matter expertise, independent oversight and effective challenge.
Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the TDGF Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience Frameworks, aligned with the corresponding TDBG frameworks and applicable local regulatory requirements.
Support the TDGF CRO in matters relating to Third Party Risk and Operational Resilience, providing subject matter expertise, analysis and advice on material risks, issues and emerging areas of concern.
Provide independent second-line oversight and effective challenge of the first line’s identification, assessment and management of Third Party Risk and Operational Resilience, including Business Continuity Management.
