Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, ESG Risk to support the Director, ESG Risk in building and operating the second-line ESG risk oversight function across Europe and Asia-Pacific, including TD Global Finance in Dublin. You will help maintain and enhance the ESG risk management framework, identify ESG risks, and support regulatory compliance with evolving requirements.

You will collaborate with Global Markets, Corporate & Investment Banking, Finance, Technology, and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Risk Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability/ESG integration or related field.
• Related professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, GARP) are a plus.
• Experience in ESG risk, climate risk, sustainable finance or related risk roles within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ESG risk management frameworks, processes and policies.
• Monitor emerging ESG risks and trends, and provide insights to integrate ESG risk into business activities and risk management processes.
• Assist with ESG risk reporting for senior management and governance committees, including risk appetite measures and KPIs.
• Contribute to ESG risk materiality assessments, scenario analyses, and stress testing activities.
• Provide ESG risk expertise to support governance arrangements and BAU risk management activities.
• Stay updated on ESG developments and regulatory requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
