• Proven track record of managing P&L and commercial plans.
• Strong client relationships and new-business development.
• Experience scaling recruitment teams and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a commercial plan for Talent Solutions and Managed Resourcing.
• Manage divisional budget and P&L performance.
• Grow existing accounts and win new customers with Sales and group teams.
• Lead technology recruitment and service delivery, ensuring quality client experience.
• Establish scalable processes and governance for recruitment services.
