Job summary

You will own end-to-end delivery, oversee platform integrations, drive governance, and champion responsible AI-enabled engineering practices while promoting an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and leadership.
• Experience guiding technologists to solve complex technical items.
• Hands-on full-stack experience with modern tooling and systems.

Responsibilities

• Set engineering vision and roadmap for Talent Performance platform.
• Lead multiple cross-functional teams with org design, hiring, coaching.
• Drive platform architecture, cloud-native patterns and APIs.
• Own end-to-end delivery, reliability, and cost governance.
• Oversee integrations with HR systems, analytics, and vendors.
• Establish governance: SDLC, security, audits, KPIs.
• Partner with Product/UX/HR to translate strategy into outcomes.
