Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience delivering design, development, testing, and operations.
• Advanced in Python and exposure to enterprise AI-assisted tooling.
• Experience leading teams and setting expectations for AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of secure coding, testing, and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' work.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and governance.
• Improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes across SDLC.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC tools and automation to scale value.
• Influence product design, functionality, and technical operations.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and advocate firmwide engineering frameworks.
