Job summary

McDermott Laboratories Limited in Ireland seeks a Manufacturing Lead to manage daily production lines, ensure GMP standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced facility.

You will oversee batch records, coordinate with the Production Manager, mentor Exhibit Assembly Operators, and utilise MES, SAP, Trackwise and Documentum to maintain data integrity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge and experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong team-working and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing lines to meet output targets in line with SOPs.
• Ensure GMP standards and housekeeping in the manufacturing area.
• Prepare machine setups and perform in-process testing and MBR completion.
• Report to Production Manager on Exhibit Assembly matters.
• Lead Exhibit Assembly Operators and mentor the team.
• Utilise MES, SAP, Trackwise, Documentum to support operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and focus on right-first-time output.
