Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Line Manager or similar role.
• Experience working in a unionised environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lean methodology experience is helpful but not essential.
• Technical manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
