Job summary

Nitro in Dublin is seeking a commercially focused Director of ECommerce to lead the team driving ecommerce revenue. You will own the ecommerce revenue number, improve conversion, and maximize revenue as customers trial, purchase, renew, and manage subscriptions.

You’ll be hands-on, data-driven, and outcome-focused. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, IT, finance, sales, operations, and marketing to define plans and optimize the buyer journey across Stripe-based tech.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a revenue-focused ECommerce function.
• Proven ability to drive month-over-month revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Comfort working with product, IT, finance, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define the ecommerce revenue plan with the VP of Revenue Marketing.
• Collaborate with product, IT, finance, sales, operations and marketing.
• Own and optimize the ecommerce tech stack (Stripe, integrations).
• Monitor the ecommerce number and align with marketing to drive revenue.
• Partner with performance marketing, web and operations to run experiments.
• Maintain the ecommerce roadmap and communicate priorities across the org.
