Nitro is seeking a commercially focused Director of ECommerce, based in Dublin, to lead the team responsible for ECommerce revenue at Nitro. As Director of ECommerce, you’ll own the ECommerce revenue number and will be responsible for increasing conversion and maximising revenue while improving the experience our customers have as they trial our software, purchase, renew and manage their subscriptions.

This role is for someone who considers themselves a marketer, a salesperson, and cares deeply

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning revenue with month-over-month growth.
• Experience in a business with both EComm and direct sales.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to distill complex issues into simple, actionable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Define the revenue plan for ECommerce with critical inputs.
• Collaborate with product, IT, finance, sales, operations, and marketing.
• Own and optimize the ECommerce tech stack and checkout flow.
• Monitor the ECommerce number and align revenue initiatives across teams.
• Coordinate with performance marketing, web, and operations to hit revenue goals.
• Maintain and share the ECommerce road map and project plans.
