Job summary

Sorcha Homes Ltd is seeking two Direct Support Workers to join our team at 2 Kennedy Road, Navan, Co. Meath, and 25 Grove Park, Rathmines, Dublin 6. The role focuses on delivering person-centred support to service users to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing.

You will work as part of a team in a safe, respectful environment, following care plans and safeguarding policies while building strong community connections.
