Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care and support to service users.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals, personal hygiene and mobility.
• Support individuals to maintain independence and participate in community activities.
• Follow individual care plans and support strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times.
• Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies.
