Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to accelerate a Data, Automation & AI-driven shift across Europe. You will partner with business leaders, operations, technology partners and experts to identify transformational opportunities, drive innovation, and lead change that improves efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance across the global network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to evolve Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
• Support development and execution of the GTS digital transformation roadmap.
• Translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and IT partners.
• Measure transformation success through defined business outcomes and KPIs.
