Job summary

John Paul Construction seeks a senior digital transformation leader to drive AI-first initiatives, oversee business analysis and requirements, and programme-manage delivery across the organisation. You will partner with IT, data teams and external consultants to translate strategy into impactful change, ensuring governance, budgets and measurable adoption.

The role reports to the Group Innovation Director and may expand to integrate physical AI/robotics with agentic AI as capability grows,

Qualifications

Proven experience leading business transformation or change programmes in a complex, multi-site organisation.
Strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for delivery.
Experience developing business cases with budgets, ROI and cost analysis for leadership approval.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior levels.

Responsibilities

Lead digital innovation and AI initiatives with a prioritised portfolio aligned to business strategy.
Oversee discovery, business case creation and ROI assessment for new programmes.
Programme-manage the approved roadmap with risk, budgets and governance.
Collaborate with IT, data specialists and external vendors to deliver outcomes.
Ensure responsible AI and data protection compliance across initiatives.
Build capability, governance and reporting for ongoing funding and incentives.
