Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer in Dublin to analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end processes across Operations, Technology, Regulatory, and Compliance. You will drive productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence through continuous improvement and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, or Transformation programs.
• Experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes.
• Proven improvements in productivity, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Experience in regulated environments with governance and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Visio, Power BI, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to improve productivity and workflows.
• Ensure processes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into process and system solutions using continuous improvement methods.
• Develop future-state designs and support system implementations for improved efficiency and service.
