Berkley Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of digital and marketing projects in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate design, development and third-party resources, aligning marketing with technical teams across web, CRM and marketing automation.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and data-driven decision making, with experience in Agile/Lean or Jira and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Proven project management experience across marketing and/or digital development.
• Experience managing digital or creative projects with understanding of web development, CRM and marketing automation.
• Leadership and team-management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills for multiple projects, budgets and deadlines.
• Experience with Agile, Lean or Jira; PMP or equivalent desirable.
• CRM knowledge with HubSpot or similar platforms; knowledge of integrations.
• Experience in conversion optimisation using data and insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and marketing projects, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Manage day-to-day workload of design, development and third-party resources, including capacity, timelines and budgets.
• Bridge marketing and technical teams to ensure feasibility and effective management across web, CRM and marketing automation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve online conversion and performance using data-driven insights.
• Own and improve digital platforms and marketing technology stack, coordinating implementations and onboarding.
• Manage dependencies, risks and blockers, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Establish and maintain marketing processes and SOPs; drive agile, lean improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team through coaching and prioritisation.
