Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company is seeking a Marketing Manager to work with the Head of Marketing & Communications to deliver the company’s marketing strategy. The role supports the development of campaigns, content and collateral that strengthens our brand and drives engagement on multi‑million‑euro projects across Ireland and the UK.

The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, lead the marketing team, manage social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook,

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of the company-wide marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing Team with hands-on delivery.
• Maintain and strengthen brand identity, including employer branding and site-level initiatives.
• Develop internal communications promoting culture, values, and engagement.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and deliver brand-building opportunities.
• Manage public-facing communications to ensure brand accuracy and consistency.
• Own the social media strategy and content planning across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook.
• Create high-quality content and monitor performance with analytics.
• Organise events and coordinate PR initiatives with media partners.
• Oversee marketing collateral and support bids, tenders, and client materials.
• Create regular marketing performance reports and insights.
• Support business development with tailored materials for Directors and Regional Directors.
