Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Digital FR Service Engineer to join our Dublin, Ireland team. The role involves providing pre-sales testing support, training customers, and coordinating with the R&D team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Electrical/Energy/Mechanical preferred).
• Proven technical and service experience with channel management.
• Knowledge of Solar-PV or energy storage is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales testing support and conduct workshops with customers/partners.
• Support sales and solution teams.
• Log and track issues reported by customers.
• Train and guide customers during construction, hardware/software training, and acceptance testing.
• Support customers during commissioning, including inverter installation inspection and corrective actions.
