Sheehy Motor Group’s Audi Naas service centre is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician and High Voltage Expert to join the aftersales team in Naas, Co. Kildare.

You will diagnose complex faults, perform advanced repairs and support high-voltage systems across Audi electric and hybrid vehicles. The role requires a recognised automotive qualification and Audi HV accreditation, with a focus on safety, precision, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Motor Technician with a recognised automotive qualification.
  • Audi Diagnostic Technician and High Voltage Expert accreditation.
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
  • Experience with hybrid and fully electric vehicles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose faults on Audi vehicles using manufacturer equipment.
  • Repair electrical, mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Perform high‑voltage EV maintenance following safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to workshop colleagues.

Audinaas is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Diagnostic Technician & High Voltage Expert to join our award‑winning aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading premium automotive brands, utilising the latest diagnostic technology and supporting the growing range of Audi electric and hybrid vehicles.

As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle faults, carrying out advanced repairs, and providing specialist support on high‑voltage electric vehicle systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and fault‑finding on Audi vehicles using manufacturer‑approved diagnostic equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic vehicle systems.
  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on high‑voltage electric and hybrid vehicles in accordance with Audi and manufacturer standards.
  • Support workshop colleagues with technical guidance and diagnostic expertise.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of diagnostic findings, repairs, and completed work.
  • Follow all manufacturer technical bulletins, repair procedures, and warranty requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all high‑voltage safety procedures and workshop health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing Audi technical and EV training programmes.
  • Assist in maintaining workshop productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Audi’s premium brand standards.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Motor Technician with a recognised automotive qualification.
  • Proven experience in advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
  • Audi Diagnostic Technician and High Voltage Expert accreditation.
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
  • Experience working with hybrid and fully electric vehicles.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
