Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Ashford, Wicklow is seeking a Development Manager to lead residential developments across Dublin & Wicklow. You will oversee site acquisition, feasibility studies, budgeting and project delivery on multiple active sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning knowledge, experience with Part V, and a track record of managing development programs from concept to completion within a busy landbank.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential developments (Housing/Apartments).
• Part V experience.
• Strong understanding of planning and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Site Acquisition: Identify and assess potential residential development opportunities.
• Financial Appraisal: Prepare development budgets, feasibility studies, GDV and profit assessments.
• Planning: Manage planning applications, consultants and statutory approvals.
• Design Management: Coordinate architects, engineers and professional consultants.
• Procurement: Manage tendering, contractor selection and procurement strategies.
• Project Delivery: Oversee construction programmes, budgets, quality and progress.
• Financial Control: Monitor costs, cash flow, variations and project profitability.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial, planning and construction risks.

Required for growing residential developer with a large landbank across Dublin & Wicklow who are active on 4+ sites currently.
