Job summary

ICDS Group in North Dublin is seeking a Development Manager to lead residential development projects across Dublin & Wicklow. You will oversee site acquisition, budgets, planning, design and delivery on multiple sites.

The role requires strong experience in housing/development, Part V exposure, and a solid grasp of planning and statutory regulations, with a focus on profitability and risk management.

Required for growing residential developer with a large landbank across Dublin & Wicklow who are active on 4+ sites currently.

Key responsibilities
