Job summary

ICDS Group in North Dublin is seeking a Development Manager to lead residential development projects across Dublin & Wicklow. You will oversee site acquisition, budgets, planning, design and delivery on multiple sites.

The role requires strong experience in housing/development, Part V exposure, and a solid grasp of planning and statutory regulations, with a focus on profitability and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential developments (Housing/Apartments)
• Part V experience
• Strong understanding of planning and compliance regulations

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential residential development opportunities.
• Prepare development budgets, feasibility studies, GDV and profit assessments.
• Manage planning applications, consultants and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate architects, engineers and professional consultants.
• Manage tendering, contractor selection and procurement strategies.
• Oversee construction programmes, budgets, quality and progress.
• Monitor costs, cash flow, variations and project profitability.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, planning and construction risks.
