ESP Global Services is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support in Dublin. The role requires hands-on desktop support, end-user computing, and infrastructure troubleshooting across hardware, software, OS, and networks.

You will support Windows, iOS, and Android devices, perform software deployments and security updates, manage Active Directory, and collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining SLA-driven

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in Desktop Support or similar.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and desktop hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Strong networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and app issues.
• Support Windows, iOS, and Android devices across the user environment.
• Perform software deployments, upgrades, patching, and security updates.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory.
• Provide Smart Hands support for network, server, and infrastructure teams.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required and work with internal and external teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset records in line with SLAs.
