Insight, a Dublin-based investment management technology partner, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician. You will act as the Level 2 escalation point for the onsite service desk, diagnosing and resolving issues in a Citrix VDI Windows environment, laptops, mobiles, printers and video conferencing.

You will deliver exceptional end-user support, maintain SLAs, and drive improvements in desktop service delivery while coordinating with Systems Engineering and Administration teams.

Competenze

• Experience in diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults in a desktop/enterprise environment.
• Experience with VMWare, Azure/Office 365.
• Experience with AD/Group Policy and domain controllers.
• Experience with mobile devices (Android and iPhone).
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Remedy.
